JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

The position is responsible for planning and conducting investigations of alleged or suspected violations of laws and regulations concerning criminal and civil investigations. The focus of the position will be on handset trafficking, First and Third-party Fraud, and organized criminal enterprise activity. The individual will work close with the sales regions on the mule and investigative strategy as well as providing dedicated training and support to minimize fraud. The position handles Indirect Dealer Channel, National Retail, External Fraud, Rings, Mule Rings, and MVNOs. This position also works directly with internal and external legal counsel, Sales, Corporate Security and Law Enforcement. This position is responsible for representing Sprint during the prosecution of Criminal actors as well as representing Sprint during Civil Litigation proceedings.


The position is responsible for identification, investigation, and resolution of high risk or sensitive fraud cases, root cause analysis of fraud losses, and quality assessment, monitoring and reporting. The role requires the ability to complete deep dive analysis of patterns, gaps in processes and systems and make recommendations to mitigate future risk to the company.

Extensive travel is required - Must have valid driver's license


Basic Qualifications
Bachelor s degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
Two years of law enforcement, investigative, fraud experience


Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with surveillance
Excellent communication and presentation skills
